Contact information
We're a Perth-based sim rig specialist and we do everything by email, so you always have a written record of what we've agreed.
Email us at hello@simrigkits.com or use the form below. We reply by email, Monday to Friday.
To get a full answer in one reply, please include:
- your order number, if you've ordered
- for rig advice: your wheel base and pedals (or what you're considering), your height, and the floor space you have
- for Perth pre-assembly: your suburb, the days that suit you for delivery, and any stairs or access limits
- for a problem with an order: photos or a short video
Returns: please email us before sending anything back. We'll confirm the return procedure and where to send it. See our Refund policy.
Perth pre-assembly and delivery: Perth Metro. See Perth rig assembly.
Business and commercial enquiries (sim centres, event hire, venues, training): email us with the number of rigs and your timeframe and we'll send a written quote.
